The Sky My Account app provides Sky customers with an efficient way to manage their Sky TV Box and Broadband services. The application is available for free download, exclusively for Sky subscribers.

Key Features:

• Monitor account balance and manage bill payments
• Set up direct debit or credit card payments
• Edit and review personal account details
• Add additional packages, channels, including Sky Arena and Sky Box Office
• For Sky Broadband customers, conduct various network tests and diagnostics, allowing results to be shared with the New Zealand-based Sky Crew for assistance with network issues
• Engage in live chat with the New Zealand-based Sky Crew for support
